A leading consultancy firm is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire. The role offers a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance. Responsibilities include conducting building surveys, advising clients, and managing projects. Ideal candidates should be degree qualified in Building Surveying and ideally MRICS or working towards chartership. The position offers flexibility, allowing a mix of site and remote work, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days holiday, rising to 25 with service.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying, ideally MRICS or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on repair, maintenance, and restoration options.
• Prepare design schemes and oversee contractor appointments.
• Manage projects through to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
