You will manage projects from concept to completion, creating technical drawings using Revit, and liaising with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, excellent technical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) status preferred, but experienced candidates on the path to chartership considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong Revit skills are essential.
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all RIBA stages, from planning applications to site completion.
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, schedules, and specifications using Revit.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and best practice standards.
• Work both independently and as part of a close-knit project team.
