Qualifications

• 1-6 years' PQE in charity law or relevant experience from corporate/private client/public law.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update charity constitutions and governance documents.
• Prepare OSCR applications for new charities, mergers and reorganisations.
• Advise on regulatory, compliance and governance issues.
• Support trustees and philanthropic clients.
• Contribute to business development and team initiatives.
