Qualifications

• 4 or more years of PQE in Charity law from a reputable firm or equivalent in-house experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish new charities, including drafting governing documents.
• Draft and review funding agreements and collaborations.
• Support with Charity Commission applications and regulatory issues.
• Provide advice on restructuring and corporate structures.
• Deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice.
