A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a highly motivated Charge Nurse to lead and ensure high-quality nursing care for vulnerable patients. This role involves supervising staff, promoting the best practices, and requires substantial experience at band 5 level. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and fostering opportunities for staff development. Applicants must be organized, motivated, and possess strong leadership skills.

The shift pattern is rotational 12hrs.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Care of the Elderly for a highly motivated individual to help lead, implement and evaluate standards of good nursing care as a Charge Nurse.
Ward 1 is a 29‑bedged Geriatric Medicine for the Elderly Ward. The team cares for some of the most dependent and vulnerable patients within the Hospital, who have a wide range of medical conditions and clinical needs.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for ensuring that you lead your team, promote and provide high‑quality care. You will supervise qualified and unqualified staff.
