Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role:

As a Character Education Teacher, you will be planning lessons, deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that help students develop vital life skills and values. You ll support the Character Education curriculum across Key Stages 3 5, helping learners explore key areas such as:

  • Physical and mental well-being
  • Healthy relationships
  • Online safety and identity
  • Respect, diversity and personal responsibility
  • Preparation for adult life and future challenges
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality Character Education lessons
  • Deliver content including PSHE, Citizenship, Values and Religious Education topics
  • Assess and support student progress in personal and social development
  • Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with pastoral, teaching and leadership teams
  • Engage positively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
