  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on delivery against project milestones.
  • Ensure operational readiness through data validation, stakeholder engagement, and training.
  • Complete post-implementation reviews and handovers to business-as-usual teams.
About You

You're a confident communicator and experienced change agent with an understanding of logistical operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at influencing, coaching, and managing multiple priorities.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in Delivery Operations supply chain management, logistics, field services, or similar environments.
  • Strong project management, problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and support organisational change, ideally in unionised settings.
  • Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis platforms (e.g., QlikView or similar) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project or change management methodologies (APM PFQ or Prosci certification desirable).

Ideally the successful candidate will be based in the Cumbria area as the role will require travel to various locations in the area.
