Job summary

A leading change management consultancy based in London is seeking a Change Manager to implement an organizational change management strategy for their life-sciences clients. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in change management, strong communications skills, and a background in delivering training programs. We're seeking a Change Manager OCM Strategy in London for one of our Managed Services life-sciences clients to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Please note, this is a 6 month inside IR35 contract PAYE umbrella and will require onsite working in London 2 days per week.

SUMMARY

You will be responsible for creating and executing an organizational change management strategy. This will involve understanding change impacts and dependencies, sharing key narratives around upcoming training, and effectively managing key stakeholder groups. Your success will be measured by the seamless integration of this Change Management Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement a refined change management strategy, communication plan, and engagement plan
  • Demonstrate strong communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Leverage your strong change management background to drive the desired organizational changes
  • Deliver training programs to key stakeholder groups
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Previous experience within Life Science and/ or consultancy
  • Extensive experience in organizational change management, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Strong training delivery background, including the ability to design and facilitate engaging sessions
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex change initiatives

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
