A leading gaming firm is seeking a dynamic CEO / Head of Gaming Team to lead their Web2 gaming transition. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the gaming industry and proven skills in launching large-scale games. The company is an innovative gaming firm with a strong presence in the Web3 space. We have successfully launched multiple games, with two currently live and a highly anticipated MMO RPG set for release in April 2024. Our diverse development teams operate across 20 countries, involving around 60 talented individuals.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Web2 gaming team. This role is crucial as we transition some of our focus towards traditional gaming platforms, leveraging our established Web3 expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background with top-tier gaming companies and demonstrate exceptional skills in game development and market launch.
Industry Experience: Proven track record with recognized gaming companies and extensive experience in leading game studios at a Director or C‑level capacity.
Communication Skills: Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to effectively represent the company to journalists, at events, and in various marketing endeavors.
Game Development and Launch Expertise: Demonstrated experience in bringing large‑scale AA to AAA games to market. Proven success with verifiable results in launching traditional (Web2) gaming titles.
Partnership Management: Experience in arranging and managing partnerships to support game development and market expansion.
