ABOUT THE ROLE…

We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!

You will support the Central Sales Team by efficiently responding to incoming sales leads that you would recieve by telephone, email or wesbite enquiries.

This role will be based at our Support Office in Howwood.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
  • Handling all online enquiries made at venue level with a view to securing a sales appointment for venue sales team
  • Managing incoming sales enquires for all venues
  • Handling all Spa enquiry calls
  • Assisting with spa diary management
  • Handling all enquiries sent to Central inbox
  • E Voucher Management
  • Handling overspill of venue calls centrally
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Essential)
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
