Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Leader is essential.
• High standards of personal appearance and presentation.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Minimize theft within retail premises using security resources.
• Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct thorough induction training for all new Officers.
