As one of the team's CCTV Operators you will support our full estate with monitoring our clubs daily, whilst delivering exceptional customer service to our members. The successful candidate will be joining a very strong and long-standing team with a wealth of knowledge and PureGym experience. The role of CCTV Operator is a pivotal support role to our Gym teams to ensure all our clubs remain safe at all times. Please note: Shift patterns will include four shifts on and four shifts off working both day shifts (8am – 8pm) and night shifts (8pm – 8am).

Key Duties

• You will understand & comply with the most up to date legislation that governs CCTV and implement the PureGym CCTV policy.
• To offer first class service to our members you will utilise the PureGym systems and procedures whilst maintaining the highest levels of security and confidentiality.
• It is important that you are willing to take ownership of all enquiries and see them through to completion whilst maintaining a positive company image.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst still motivating others is crucial.
