Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
  • Take ownership of project delivery from installation through to commissioning.
  • Act as the on-site technical point of contact for customers.
  • Troubleshoot, service, and maintain systems to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Travel nationwide with regular customer site visits (overtime and travel fully paid).
Requirements
  • Experience with at least one CCTV platform (e.g. Hikvision, Motorola, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting and hands-on engineering skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional out-of-hours shifts (with paid overtime).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility for security clearance (some projects are in schools and council sites).
  • Experience with both CCTV and PA/VA systems.
  • Knowledge of IP networking and integrated security solutions.
  • Industry certifications (CSCS/ECS, IPAF, FIA, etc.).
