A leading NHS trust in London is seeking experienced Cath Lab nurses to rotate internally between specialties. The role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. The trust offers in-house training and development opportunities. This position is located in a vibrant area of London, close to major cultural attractions.
You will have an opportunity to rotate internally between Cardiology Intervention, Electrophysiology & Structural in order to develop a full range of skills and be supported with in house training. We have created exciting opportunities for experienced Cath Lab nurses to develop clinically in advanced nursing practices such as Implantable Loop recorders implantations, Nurse-Led Sedation and Valve loader. You will be expected to take an active role in helping us to continuously improve our patient centred care. Excellent communication skills are essential with a proven ability to support, mentor & line manage junior staff. Part of the country’s largest Heart centre, education, training and development are an important philosophy of the units and access is provided to courses both in-house and at partner universities.
