A leading retail partnership in the UK seeks a Catering Assistant Team Leader to oversee catering operations in Fenny Stratford. The successful candidate will ensure food safety, delegate tasks to the team, and contribute to an inclusive culture. Prior operational experience in the hospitality industry is essential. As a Catering Assistant Team Leader, you'll help oversee the running of the catering operation within the site you work and support a team of Catering Assistants. You'll work alongside the catering management team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for all those using the facility and help create a culture of development and inclusion for the rest of the catering team.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week 11:30-19:30; 2 weekends to be worked based on a 4 week rota
