Catering Support Manager
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full-Time | 5-over-7 working pattern (evening/weekend work required 1-2 times per month)
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required

Are you a hospitality or catering professional ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We're looking for a Catering Support Manager to support an ESS contract.

This key leadership role involves overseeing daily hospitality and catering services, deputising for the General Manager, and ensuring consistently high standards across multiple sites - from simple refreshments to formal dinners for over 200 guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of hospitality and catering services across the WMP contract
  • Manage staff and delegate feeding, conferences, and events
  • Support and stand in for the General Manager when required
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small on-site team
  • Manage stock, control costs, and reduce food waste
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
  • Build effective relationships across internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Travel between sites (a full driving licence is essential)

  • Financially aware with strong IT skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
