Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Working Environment

Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focuses on providing great food and service to customers. We need fabulous people and work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued, and enjoy what they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively manage the team, assist in recruitment, and provide ongoing support, training, and development.
  2. Ensure effective team communication, build internal relationships, manage reporting, and liaise with clients to support operational excellence.
  3. Keep the team updated on product and service knowledge.
  4. Manage and support compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Food Safety regulations, reporting incidents as per procedures.
  5. Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Skills and Experience:

  1. Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
  2. Proven team leadership experience.
  3. Experience in catering is essential.
