A retail group in Inveraray is looking for a Catering Manager to ensure excellent food and service delivery while achieving company targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen management and customer service, along with leadership skills. Responsibilities include providing a high level of presentation in a hygienic environment and meeting legal compliance. We currently have a vacancy for a Catering Manager at our Inverary Woollen Mill store.
This is a high paced catering unit requiring a high standard of capability to ensure there is a safe and smoothly run operation. Experience of large fast paced catering would be advantageous. The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management, Level 3 / Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential. An understanding of an EPOS till system would be beneficial.
You must also have an understanding of cooking skills & food presentation, with good margin control and a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
To deliver excellent food & service to our customers, with strong leadership skills, whilst achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed.
This will be delivered by ensuring there is an appropriate menu offering at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
