A fresh exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Catering lecturer to join our busy curriculum Catering Team here at the City Hub site in Nottingham
As part of this role, you will work alongside a dynamic Catering and Hospitality team and support in the delivery of a fast paced, curriculum area. We are looking for people committed to providing excellent standards of culinary skills both in Kitchen and patisserie, knowledge of assessments across VRQ’s level 1 to 2 are desirable.
The ability to demonstrate good organisational skills and model professional practices, working to high set standards, being able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team is also essential.
Experience of working in an FE provision environment is essential and the possession of an assessor's award (A1/TAQA) is desirable.
A key focus of this role will be maintaining and driving the set high standards of assessment practices teaching a diverse range of students whilst being able to develop their practical kitchen skills in line with industry standards and enhancing the overall student experience.
You will bring energy, and a professionalism aligned with an experienced team of lecturers and be able to support the curriculum of continued growth and success of the Catering and Hospitality provision.
