We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the effective and compliant delivery of University of Suffolk examinations. You will help maintain the integrity, security, and smooth running of exam sessions, ensuring all assessments are conducted in line with University regulations and internal quality assurance frameworks. This role is essential in creating a calm and supportive exam environment where all students can perform at their best.
The Registry Services Directorate delivers a wide range of services supporting every step of the student journey. Student Administration is responsible for delivering compliant and well‑organised assessment processes across the University. You will join a team dedicated to accuracy, professionalism, and creating positive experiences for students undertaking formal assessments.
We are looking for individuals who are calm under pressure, highly reliable, and committed to upholding exam regulations.
Although this is a casual position, Exam Invigilators gain valuable experience within Higher Education and benefit from working as part of a supportive and well‑organised team. You will receive paid mandatory training and gain insight into university assessment processes.
