Role

We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter / Waitress, to join our Banqueting Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

Responsibilities

• To have a thorough understanding of and commitment towards achieving The Landmark London high standards in food and beverage service.
• To serve and look after guests' needs in a professional manner.
• To be responsible for all operating equipment under your control.
• To inform the Manager in charge of guests' comments or requirements if you cannot resolve them immediately.
• To take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy in order to create a safe working environment.
• You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
