A financial services firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a CASS lead to provide oversight and support to their CASS obligations. This senior role involves working closely with operational teams and ensuring compliance with FCA expectations. We are looking for a CASS lead to join Seccl, supporting our Head of CASS by providing expert oversight of our CASS obligations. This is a highly autonomous, senior role where you’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting the business with technical CASS guidance and hands on delivery of critical CASS activities. Working closely with our operational teams, as well as risk and compliance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our CASS framework remains robust, compliant and scalable as the business continues to grow.
The CASS function sits at the core of Seccl’s regulatory operations, partnering closely with teams across reconciliations, transfers, payments, trading and wider platform activity. In this role, you’ll lead on the oversight and governance of key CASS controls, reconciliations and funding, while also directly owning and completing elements of our ongoing CASS task list. With responsibility for contributing to and maintaining CASS policies alongside the Head of CASS, you’ll help shape best practice, provide clear technical direction and ensure our BAU CASS activity consistently meets FCA expectations.
