Salary: From £24,000 per year depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm) Working style: Hybrid working, with flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe Location: Calverton, Nottingham

Let’s Talk About The Role

As a Cash Coordinator, you will work within our European Credit department, helping to manage the payments process for our Wholesale/Business customers all across the EMEA Region.

How You Will Make a Difference

You’ll get to use your transferable skills to work in a supportive, team-based setting by performing the following kinds of activities...

  • Processing all payments via the internal payment management system into SAP database
  • Carrying out the correct allocation of cash, invoices, and credit notes to our customers’ account
  • Posting payments and bank reconciliation in SAP
  • Working closely with VF Treasury, Credit Controllers, and Accountants for the EMEA region

  • You’ll enjoy focusing on accuracy and attention to detail, working with lots of data, facts and figures

  • You are computer literate, and MS Excel will be really useful if you know your way around it already
  • Experience in finance could be a great basis but we are open to other backgrounds and experience
