Handyman Multi Trade Job Advert

Enjoy a secure, long‑term position carrying out a variety of day‑to‑day reactive maintenance tasks across commercial buildings. This Handyman Multi Trade role offers stable full‑time employment, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to work with a respected organisation providing ongoing maintenance services.

You'll be joining an established team delivering essential repairs and general maintenance. Your multi‑trade skills will help ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well‑presented, playing an important part in the smooth running of daily operations.

We are looking for:

Experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson, or anyone with a strong background in building maintenance and repair.

Role: As a Handyman Multi Trade, you will be:

• Carrying out day‑to‑day reactive maintenance
• Completing basic carpentry tasks
• Painting and decorating
• Carrying out tiling and patch repairs
• Replacing ceiling tiles
• Completing minor roofing repairs
• Undertaking furniture and window repairs
• Using a mobile tablet to receive and complete job instructions

We prefer you to have:

• A full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in building maintenance or multi‑trade work
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work out of hours when required
• The ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
• MEWP or PASMA qualifications (training can be provided)

Please note: You must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.
