Daniel Owen work agency are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join a 56-unit residential development in East London for our Block management specialist client. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, hallways, staircases, and other shared spaces.
  • Handyman Tasks: Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
  • Bin Store Management: Ensure the bin store area is tidy, organised, and well-maintained, including dealing with waste management procedures.
  • Liaising with the Council: Work closely with local authorities regarding any maintenance or environmental concerns affecting the property.
  • Resident Support: Provide support to residents as needed, ensuring they have a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
