A leading healthcare organization in St Albans is looking for a Carer Support & Wellbeing Worker to enhance community mental health care. You will coordinate the Carers Agenda, conduct assessments, and provide direct support to carers within the multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team. This role is to support carers who provide care and support to their loved one.
