We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Field Care Worker Supervisor supporting community services to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
As a Field Care Worker Supervisor you will carry out a blend of direct care and compliance duties, ensuring that service users receive compassionate support aligned with their individual care plans.
The Field Care Worker Supervisor role involves conducting observations, mentoring staff, reviewing documentation and promoting best practice across the service while maintaining strong communication with colleagues, families and professionals.
