We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Assistant to join an organisation making a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? Join our team as a Care Assistant! As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide support and companionship to clients in their homes.

The shifts available will be 3pm - 10.30pm across a range of evenings during the week. This will include working every other weekend. We have part time and full time vacancies available.

Every day is different, and you might be responsible for tasks such as:

• Preparing and cooking meals
• Supporting with social activities
• Assisting with medication
• Personal care

We have a comprehensive induction and training programme to provide you with the skills and training necessary to complete the role, and your community mentor will be there to support you every step of the way.
