Description

This position is hybrid, but flexible work locations are available! Travel is expected throughout MaineHealth Service areas.

The Care Team Relations Advisor (CTRA) role provides expertise to managers and team members to resolve care team relations matters through investigation, coaching, and counseling. The CTRA works closely with HR leadership, HR Consultants, and other stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in care team and labor relations. The CTRA will be a proactive partner with HR and business leaders, responding to data trends and partnering to execute initiatives launched by DEI, Leadership Development, and other Centers of Expertise.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  2. License/Certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  3. Experience: At least three years of experience in Human Resources or a related field is required. Demonstrated experience in care team relations or employment law, with the ability to mitigate conflict and risk exposure, is also required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
  5. Preferred Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Exposure to union relations and/or union avoidance activities.
