A leading care service provider in Wetherby is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to supervise a team of Support Workers. This role requires a passion for promoting positive outcomes for disabled individuals while ensuring they receive the best personal support. Full time, 42.5 hours per week. Shifts are from 08 : 00- 20 : 30 and one shift doing either 08 : 00-14 : 30 or 14 : 00-20 : 30. We have two full time positions available.
Occasional / bank hours post is also available.
From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-ins
in the market town of Wetherby in West Yorkshire, is a home for 18 adults with physical disabilities.
