Care Team Leader — Maynell House, Felixstowe — £13.60 per hour — 20 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)

About Maynell House

Maynell House provides residential and respite care to elderly people living in Felixstowe. The home is warm and welcoming - a harmonious atmosphere prevails. The house is a late Victorian Listed building, formerly Felixstowe college, and has been lovingly extended and refurbished to retain its original features.

What would a typical day look like?
  • Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
  • Providing companionship and offering social interaction
  • Maintaining accurate resident records
  • Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
  • Supporting and leading our existing care and senior team

Whether you are an experienced senior care assistant or are ready to take your first step into a senior role, we will provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
