Overview

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in elderly and dementia care
• Good communication skills, kindness, eye for detail, integrity, fairness, transparency

Salary & Location

Salary: £14.30 to £14.65 per hour.
Location: Milton Keynes. Department: The Applewood.
