A community-focused care provider in Burton Joyce is seeking a Team Leader to provide exceptional care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will empower individuals, support their involvement in social activities, and lead a dedicated team. Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Bridle Lodge is a five‑bed bungalow located in Burton Joyce in Nottinghamshire, situated in three acres of land, including stables converted into an art room offering fun, creative activities. The bus stop is not far away with close links to Sherwood Forest, Mansfield and Nottingham. Bridle Lodge offers a homely and caring environment with full Wi‑Fi access, sensory room, games and activities. It has a delightful, open living area with high ceilings and enormous glass doors which bring nature inside.
You will already have experience in the social care sector (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant) but your values are most important to us. Values influence every interaction between our colleagues and the people we support. They are a promise that:
Once you’ve applied our dedicated in‑house recruitment team will call to share more about the role. The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support. If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date. Your journey will then begin with a 3‑day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
