A leading pharmacy retailer in Birmingham is looking for a Care Services Partner to manage pharmacy operations while ensuring excellent customer service for care home clients. Responsibilities include team leadership, workload planning, and liaising with care homes. Required qualifications include an NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science and experience in a healthcare setting. As a Care Services Partner, your job is to provide a single point of contact for care home customers ensuring excellent customer care is always provided whilst leading the operational running of the care services pharmacy. You will work in partnership with local stakeholders to enable delivery of this outstanding level of service to care services users. You will work onsite and report to the store manager.
You will need to have experience with leading and managing a team of dispensers, working alongside care homes and lead managers. Candidates will need to be a fully trained dispenser.
