Job summary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in care is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience in coordinating schedules is desirable but not essential.
  • Valid driving license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client scheduling for care professionals.
  • Support onboarding of new staff members.
  • Plan care schedules to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document emergency calls and absences electronically.
  • Join care team on-call rota during evenings and weekends.
  • Safeguard clients against risks of abuse.
