Pay & Benefits

• £13/hour weekdays | £14/hour weekends
• Double pay on bank holidays
• 45p/mile mileage allowance when taking clients out
• Paid DBS check (refunded after completion of successful probation)
• Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 hours per week) - after successful completion of probation
• Staged paid training – earn while you learn!
• First payment in your first salary
• Second payment after completing eLearning
• Includes shadow shifts and client introductions
• Flexible Shifts & Work Culture
• No early mornings! Start between 8:00–9:30am
• Required: Availability every other weekend
• Supportive team – all office staff started as carers
• Many of our carers have been in the role for many years with us
