A caring organization is seeking compassionate Night Care Practitioners for its Dalton Court facility in Cockermouth. In this role, you will assist residents during nighttime hours, offering support, companionship, and personal care. Candidates should have a genuine interest in health and social care, with 1-2 years' experience preferred. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and various benefits including free meals and discounts.
Hourly rate: £13.25 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 nights per week, 8pm – 8am
Contracted hours: 44 per week

We are looking for caring, compassionate Night Care Practitioners who will support our residents and contribute to the overall smooth-running of the home during the night.
As a Night Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:
*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
