About the Role
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our care delivery team
  • Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
  • Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and service excellence
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in domiciliary care
  • Some experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • A driver with access to your own car – essential for client visits and staff support
  • Working towards, or motivated to work towards, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • A genuine passion for improving lives through quality care
