Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements.
• Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Undertake menu planning in consultation with residents and Manager.
• Oversee and participate in food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure that food expenditure is kept within budget.
