We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, well‑motivated individual to join our Specialist Medicine Care Group and Neurosciences Care Group as a Band 3 Care Group Secretary.

Hours: 22.5 per week (Monday to Friday), based in either Scunthorpe or Grimsby.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management.
  • Collation and distribution of agendas/minutes, supporting papers and attending meetings to take meeting notes.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, booking venues, liaising with other teams, and issuing meeting invitations.
  • Managing busy and varied workloads.
  • Ensuring effective communication.
  • Have a flexible/adaptable approach to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain attention to detail at all times.
  • Work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, high motivation, excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
