Overview

Watra Care specialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. We can offer you access to lots of further training and development opportunities and there are opportunities to advance further in your career in care with our company!

Responsibilities
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
  • Coordinating care packages – care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
  • Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software
  • Dealing with new customer enquiries
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the providing care to domiciliary sector
  • Pro‑active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service
  • Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
  • Driving licence and own vehicle
  • Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential
  • IT literacy with ability to learn new software quickly (coordinators use software to organise rotas)
