Job summary

A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the team. The role involves managing the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their needs. Candidates should ideally have experience in a Domiciliary Care Agency and be motivated to deliver exceptional care. Qualifications

  • Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
  • Motivated to deliver first class care.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system.
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
  • Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
  • Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
  • Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential).
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

  • Effectively manage the delivery of high quality care services.
  • Ensure Care Workers are matched to Clients based on care needs.
  • Promote the dignity, respect, independence and choice of service users.
