Job Overview

A leading care provider in Blackpool is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis.

Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary of £25,749 depending on experience.
  • A permanent, full-time contract.
  • Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties.
  • Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay.
  • Occupational sick pay and death in service payment.
  • All the above subject to terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers, including some field‑based work carrying out a range of functions such as assessment and review of individual services and practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field‑based elements of the role, you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
Qualifications
  • Experience of delivering and managing care support services.
  • A good understanding of principles of good care.
  • Be able to prioritise, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
