We are working with a long-established care provider who has recently been awarded a new package in Redcar. They are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to help set up and manage rotas, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care in the community.

The Role

• Create, manage, and maintain staff rotas to ensure continuity of care
• Match carers to service users based on skills and preferences
• Communicate effectively with staff, service users, and families
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new carers
• Work closely with the management team to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Respond to short-notice changes and emergencies to maintain service delivery

Criteria

• Previous experience in care coordination or scheduling (desirable)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
• Knowledge of the Redcar area is highly beneficial
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
