Job Advert: Trainee Care Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid (One week in-office, one week remote)

Working Days & Hours: Monday and Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you currently studying Health and Social Care and looking for hands‑on experience in the care sector? Or are you already experienced in the field and seeking an opportunity to grow and develop your career? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We are seeking a passionate and organized Trainee Care Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or someone with experience in Health and Social Care who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a team of carers.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Know how to use: Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
  • Promote the business through events, workshops, and social media.
  • Step in to cover shifts when carers cancel last minute.
  • Book venues and organize training sessions for staff.
  • Work collaboratively with management to ensure smooth operations.
