About the Home

Established nursing care service with approximately 65 beds providing high‑quality nursing and residential support for older adults. The home has high occupancy and a stable core team, and is rated Requires Improvement following CQC assessment.

The Role
  • Oversee operational and clinical performance of a busy nursing home.
  • Lead turnaround strategies and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and readiness for inspection.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance.
  • Build relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.
  • Lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.
About You
  • Proven success turning around services rated Requires Improvement or Inadequate.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.

  • Nurse qualification not essential; RGN/RMN/RNLD background and turnaround experience viewed favourably.
