Part Time and Bank Staff Job Opportunity!

This role is suitable for someone who wants to make a difference in the community, who is caring and looking for flexible work. Students or sponsored Healthcare workers can apply and use their 20 hours/week allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Support with mobility and light physical activities
  • Assist with medication, nutrition, and hydration
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Follow Infection Prevention Control protocols and use PPE
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Administer first aid (after training)
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively
  • Use assistive technology and internal IT systems
  • Promote safeguarding and client well‑being
Qualifications
  • Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as we provide full training
  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Good English and basic Math skills
