Job summary

A regional care provider in Swansea is seeking Night Care Workers to enhance the lives of service users by providing high-quality care in their community. This role includes support with daily activities such as meal preparation, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene. The position requires compassion and commitment, and full training is provided. Shifts are from 9:30pm to 7:30am or 10pm to 7am, and applicants must be over 18. Immediate interviews are available for qualified candidates.

What you’ll receive:

You will need to:

  • Travel within the community to provide care
  • Commit to weekly shifts (9:30pm - 7:30am or 10pm - 7am)
  • Be aged over 18

Your role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in the community. You will ensure our service users can live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own home.

Your support will help our service users to lead fulfilling lives. Duties can include (but aren’t limited to); preparing meals, supporting mobility, assisting with bathing and dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, domestic cleaning and running errands.

We provide full training and support to all of our staff, including a comprehensive induction.
