Job Description

We are looking for a Care Assistant to support a client overnight living in Kidlington. The Care Assistant needs to be able to speak Russian as this client does not speak any English. He lives with dementia and so some experience with dementia would be ideal.

  • We'll get you through your Care Certificate over your first few weeks
  • Clear career pathways & qualifications (NVQs)
  • Pension scheme and holiday pay
  • Referral bonuses - get rewarded for helping us grow our team and client base
  • Access to EarlyPay - draw from your earnings before payday
  • Free Blue Light Card and discounted fuel
  • Be part of a supportive, close-knit team with ongoing support
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and their families

Due to the nature of the role, we need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday). Apply today and we will be in touch with you!
