Overview

Join McCarthy Stone at Elizabeth Place estate in Market Harborough, Leicestershire to support residents in one central location with no travel between calls. This role starts as a 3 month contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
• Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines
• Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement
• Support with individual care packages

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development
